By Rubinous Location: Middle of the Kingdom of Asgarnia, east side of the free Runescape world. Falador is a large village in the middle of Asgarnia, on the east side of the free Runescape world. It's a very popular town with many RuneScapers. Let's take a walking tour of the village. You can enter Falador from either the north gate or the south gate, both guarded with several level 28 guards. But let's start our tour at the north gate. Next to the north gate there is a little house with a range and a sink. Two level 9 men are respawning in the house and they can be pickpocketed (if you are a member) as well as attacked. There are also gloves on the table and a ladder to upstairs. Go upstairs and you can find a bed and a bronze axe the floor. Keep moving east and you’ll come to two houses. There is a spade on the floor of the other house. Upstairs, there is a level 9 man and a nice bed. In the other house there is also a bed.
Go back to the north gate and then south along the main road. On the east side of the road there’s a general store. Upstairs there are two beds and a sink. On the other side of the road there is a house where Cassie runs the only shield shop in Runescape. Upstairs in that house, there is a bed, a red cape and cooked meat on the floor.
Continue south along the road and you will come to the center of Falador. Go just west from the fountain and enter the building on the south side of the street. This is Falador's pub. Talk to the barmaid to get some beer or you can also buy Asgarnian ale, a Wizard’s Mind Bomb or the Dwarven stout. If the barmaid is busy, you can go upstairs and buy beer from the other barmaid. Opposite the pub, there is a small building and if you want to buy or sell some maces, talk to Flynn. He runs the mace shop here. Further south on the road there is another fountain. Walk just past this fountain and you come to the west bank of Falador. There you can access your bank account and usually find a lot of traders here. Keep walking along the road, and it ends at a little building. In this building is where Herquin runs the gem store. Usually there are only few sapphires, but you can sell any gems, except the dragonstone here. Upstairs there two bronze arrows spawning. Go back to center of Falador, then walk south and you come to a huge castle. This is the White Knight's castle. Walk over the bridge to enter it. There are many level 56 White Knights in the castle as well as one chicken. This is also where you talk to the Squire to start the Knight’s Sword Quest.
There are three ladders leading upstairs. Climb up and talk to Sir Amik Varze, When you leave the castle, head back north to the center of Falador and turn east by the furnace and continue past the south entrance of Falador Park where the street also turns to the south. The next building you can see is the other(east) bank of Falador. Behind it, there’s entrance to the underground mining guild inside another small building. Just before you actually reach the bank, there is another road leading to the east. The east side of Falador is full of empty houses. But within one of these houses, on the northeast corner, you can find a shortcut to the Dwarven mine. Continue south past the bank and you will find Falador's south gate. You can see two buildings right next to the gate on the west side. In one building you can trade chain mail with Wayne. The other building is a house that is a resting place for miners. There’s a bed and also a spinning wheel. If you don’t like that bed, go upstairs and rest there. That bed is much cleaner. There is also an empty chest on the second floor.
