You need a Dramen staff to enter Zanaris, which is reward of The Lost City quest. The entrance is in Lumbridge Swamp through a little empty house. If you are carrying the Dramen staff when you enter the house, the world starts to shimmer and after a moment you are underground in a gray room.

There is an egg on a table and a ladder which leads back to Lumbridge Swamp. Walk a little south and then west and you are in a nice underground natural setting. There are trees, cows, sheep, a grain field, a sand pit and two fountains. In the northeast corner is a furnace.

Go further west and you come to a little town. There is a fairy shop (general store), fairy bank, grain mill, ranges, and an ore and bar exchange stall. You can also find a bucket and two bars of chocolate.

Continue toward the south and you'll come to a very strange place. There are level 66 Otherwordly Beings who have no body-- only clothes. Strange that they still drop bones!

If you go back to the entrance and then south, you will come to a room with red carpet and a throne. The Fairy Queen lives in that room. She only tells you some unimportant info.

If you go a little east of the throne room, you will come to a weird little place with strange people standing in front of stalls. You need to pay a diamond to the doorman to get in there. Just south of the door is a tall man, Jakut, selling the mighty dragon swords for 100,000 coins. In the middle of this place is a fairy who is buying cabbages for 100gp each, so if you want to get your money back for buying the diamond, bring a full inventory cabbages with you. At the north wall, there are clothes without body, similar to the Otherworldly Beings. His name is Irskol and he (or she) is selling ruby rings for 1012gp. You can earn some money if you buy them and sell them to the jewelry store. There is a ladder in the northeast corner which leads away from Zanaris to Al Kharid.
