Taverley City Guide

Taverley is the base and origin of Herblaw, where Sanfew - the Druid - started the Skill off and it has taken years of Experience to make the more Skillful Potions. These as Ranging and Super Defense Potions. This quiet Town supplies some of the essential Equipment for Herblaw such as Vials and Newt Eyes (which are needed to make any kind of Attack Potion). Also this dialect Village has many interesting things contained in it's small Area such as the Hero's Guild.

Also if you head West from Taverley you come upon the mighty White-Wolf Mountain which lays aground to many Wolves that are very strong and agile. But this Path is essential if you would like to visit the Western part of RuneScape which is only available to Members. But unless you befriend the Dwarves to use their Secret Passages underground then you must take the White-Wolf Mountain route.

Taverley also offers the only Two-Hander Sword Shop in Runescape which makes this little Shop unique in Runescape. This Shop offers Swords such as Bronze, Iron, Steel, Black, Mithril and Adamantite.

There are a few Quests which also start at Taverley:

  1. Heroes Guild Quest; Where Heroes such as Helemos live, as he's in charge of organizing and running the Guild which has sent many Heroes onto harder and deeper challenges to try and succeed to the ultimate goal of completing the Heroes Quest, which is extremely difficult and challenging for the less-Experienced Player.

  2. If you are eager to start your new Herblaw Skills then you can try the Druidic Ritual Quest which gets you started on the long and challenging road to Herblaw.

  3. Or you can help the young Boy who has lost his Red Ball. The Witch as decided not to give it back, but if you help him by completing the Quest you will be rewarded for your troubles.

If you are more eager for a challenge to train or get some new Herbs for your newly acquired Skill head South of Taverley and you will see a Ladder surrounded by Trees which leads to a wide majority of Monsters and Creatures in the Members’ Dungeon. Many People have lost their lives here especially to the mighty Greater Demons and the Black Dragons which you encounter when you venture further into the inky-shadows.
