There is NO personally identifiable information required for the use of our sites.
Participation in our forums does require the furnishing of an email address, however, no personal names, addresses, phone, or other personally identifiable information is collected.
Other optional information may be collected at your request. This information is restricted to your personal website, and communication links through AOL, MSN, Yahoo, and ICQ.
We use cookies, IP-addresses, and other unique identifiers in order to identify specific computers that access our site(s).
We generate and store logs indicating usage and activity of our site(s).
Third-Party Sites
Currently we link to the RuneVillage Store, hosted by CafePress.com. They collect personal information required for the purchase and shipping of your order. Other than item ordered information, RuneVillage only has access to your name, city and state. All other information collected by CafePress.com is unavailable to us, and is governed by the privacy policy of CafePress.com.
We also link to PayPal.com to collect donations. Any information entered at that site is unavailable to RuneVillage except for the amount, your name, and your email address. No address information is collected or available to us.
From time-to-time, we may link to other sites or advertisers. We are not responsible for any information requested by these third-party links, and would have no access to that data. This information would be governed by the privacy policy of the site in question. We urge you to use caution in any information you may enter at any site on the Internet or it's World Wide Web component.
We may allow third-parties, such as advertisers, to collect non-personal identifying information for their use from our site. This information would be in the form of IP addresses, country of access, number of accesses, etc. for the use of establishing demographics. We will not allow third-parties to collect personally identifiable information from our site(s).
How Is This Information Used?
Information that we gather may be used to enforce our terms and conditions, and prevent hacking activities against our site.

Email addresses collected on our site are used to facilitate communication between registered members of the forums.

Who Has Access To This Information?
Only administrators have access to the information collected and stored on our computer.
Email addresses collected on our site are not displayed publicly. Email addresses of the recipient are "blind" links to the data. However, the sender's email address is shown on the email, so that you may choose not to reply, which would disclose your email address. The "personal message" feature of our forum allows communication without revealing either party's email address.
As stated above, we may aggregate non-personal information for statistical purposes and share this information with third-party advertisers, advertising brokers, etc. This type of information will not be released publicly.
Other than as described here, RuneVillage will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose any information collected to any individual, company, government, or law-enforcement agency unless compelled by a valid court order.
Special Note Concerning Users Under The Age Of 13 In The United States
Although no personally identifiable information is requested for use of the site, or even the forums, forum users in the United States under the age of 13 are required by law to furnish parental approval to furnish any information to the site.
