| Draynor Village Guide |
By: Hyper Porshe Edited By: King Zonk and Tweedy Coded By: King Zonk |
Draynor Village is a peaceful Village where many Players go just to hang out with friends. You can participate in a variety of Training opportunities such as Woodcutting, Firemaking, Low-Level Fishing, mixing Herblore Potions and Fletching. Draynor Village, of Runescape Classic, lost a lot of its popularity since the current Runescape has come online. There are three Stalls next to the Bank that were some of the few places in Runescape Classic where you could convert your wares into Certificates or trade in Certificates to reclaim wares. These Stalls are now used for Farming and there is a Wine Stall where you can buy a Wine for just 1 Gold Piece, if that isn't a bargain! There is also a Master Farmer in the Area. All of these are good for Thieving Experience and collecting Seeds. Draynor is heavily used for Teleportation purposes as it is one of the places you can go to using a Dragon Amulet (Amulet of Glory now).![]() Fishing: There are two Fishing spots in Draynor that are great for Low-Level Players to start out. By using a Small Net, or a more traditional method, Fish Bait and a Fishing Rod, you can catch Shrimp, Anchovies, Sardine, and Herring. (Make sure you Cook them and put them in the Bank for future needs). ![]() Woodcutting: Draynor Village is a great place to train your Woodcutting, on the large Forest between the Draynor Bank and east to the Lumbridge Store. You will also find fie Willow Trees scattered around in the Forest. If you’re a Member don’t forget to Bank them for use in Firemaking or Fletching later. (Note: It’s not hard to find a buyer for them if you decide to not use them yourself.) ![]() Non-Player Characters: Diango - Diango is a Funny Smelling Cowboy who sells Toy Horses for 150 Gold Pieces each, and there are White, Gray, Black, and Brown. When you play with them you look like you are playing with a little Horse on the Ground, quite fun actually and humorous. Dark Wizards - The Dark Wizards(7) are often used by Low-Level Players to train and also to get low amounts of Runes and Black Wizards Robes. Collect and bury dropped Bones to increase your Prayer Level. Black Knight - The Black Knight (33) is also good for Players from Level 20-50 to train on and they drop fair amounts of Runes, Money, and other various Items, such as Gems and Bones. Ned - In need of Rope? Ned resides in the most eastern House of the Village. Give him Wool Balls and will make then into Rope for you. Or you may buy Rope from him for a small amount of Gold Pieces. Shop Details Leela - Leela is the main contact in the Prince Ali Rescue Quest. Morgan - Talk to Morgan to start the Vampire Slayer Quest. Aggie - Aggie will make Dye's for you (if you bring her the right Ingredients). The Building she is in has Tomatoes and Cheese respawns. Wheat Field - Pick the Wheat for making Dough, useful in making Cakes, Bread, Pizzas and so on. There you have it: The Guide To Draynor Village! |
