This area is mainly used to play the Trawler Mini Game. This small Town is usually fairly empty, as most people just play Trawler or use the Anvil. Remember to come here for a good time, just bring some swamp tar and board the Ship for a blast of fun and hard work.

Port Khazard is east of the Fight Arena, which is used in the Fight Arena Quest. It’s also is northeast of Yanille.

This is the Inventory of the General Store. The General Stores have the same stuff as a normal one, except that this one also has Bailing Buckets and Swamp Paste.
This is where you can talk to Murphy for a explanation of how to play the Trawler Mini Game. To start, hop onto the Boat. After one minute or so, the Boat will take off. This is where the Ropes and Swamp Paste come in handy.
This is where you can put those Rusty Swords to use. Just bring them here with 100 Gold Pieces each and you can get a Sword up to Rune. More information can be found here.

So, come visit Port Khazard and bring some Gold Pieces and those Rusty Swords.
