The Legend's Guild, easily the most magnificent guild in all of RuneScape, is home to legendary heroes with many brave deeds to their names. These mighty warriors and knights, not only in strength, but also in heart, have completed many difficult trials and ordeals, enough to earn the envy of many fellow RuneScape citizens. Only those with brave souls, strong wills and a courageous heart, and in other words, only the best, has access to this awesome Guild.

Requirements

To simply get into the courtyard of the Guild requires a tremendous effort. You need to have 107 Quest Points, as well as completed the Family Crest Quest, the Hero's Quest, the Shilo Village Quest, the Underground Pass Quest and the Waterfall Quest. You also need to have Level 50 Agility, Level 50 Crafting, Level 45 Herblore, Level 56 Magic, Level 52 Mining, Level 42 Prayer, Level 50 Smithing, Level 50 Strength, Level 50 Thieving and Level 50 Woodcutting.

To enter the main Guild, you have to complete the Legend's Quest, started by talking to Sir Radimus Erkle in the Legend's Guild. Be warned, the Quest is difficult to complete, having to map the Kharazi Jungle, to befriend the natives of the Jungle and to obtain a Totem Pole, tasks that separate the professionals from the amateurs.

How To Get There

The Guild is situated northeast of Ardougne, southeast of Hemenster, south of Seer's Village and Camelot and southwest of Catherby. Thus, there are a number of ways you can get to the Guild.

Firstly, you can teleport to Ardougne by casting the Level 51 Magic Spell, Ardougne Teleport, and walk northeast. Take note that you have to complete the Plague City Quest to cast the spell.

Secondly, you can teleport to Camelot by casting the Level 31 Magic Spell, Camelot Teleport, and then walking south.

Thirdly, you can take a Charter to Catherby, with various costs depending on where you take the Charter Ship from, whether or not you completed the Cabin Fever Quest and whether you have equipped the Ring of Charos (a), and walking southwest.

Fourthly, with a Dramen Staff or Lunar Staff equipped, you can teleport to a Fairy Ring outside the Guild from the Lost City of Zanaris. Just key the coordinates "B L R" into the Fairy Ring and you will appear outside of the Guild.

Lastly, you can take the west Portal at the top floor of the Wizards Guild in Yanille to teleport to Sorceror's Tower and then take a short walk southeast.

The Guild

The first thing that you will encounter on your way to the Guild is the beautiful and magnificent Gate. Being able to pass through these solid looking Gates of pure Mithril is a source of envy for others already. For those who pass the requirements to start the Legend's Quest, the Legends Guard will have to double check your qualification first before you are allowed to enter. If you are a Legend, the Legends Guard will salute you as you pass, shouting for attention that a Legend Guild Member is approaching.

The beautiful pavement to the Guild is decorated with Bushes and Statues, carvings of figures from the history of RuneScape itself. The pavement is as if walking on a red carpet, as if it is the Legendary Road of Legends.

The Courtyard is home to a Tree and an Oak Tree, as well as a Fountain for your water supply, and the important Statue of a King, a symbol of loyalty to the monarchy.

In the side building is where Radimus Erkle, Grand Vizier of the Legends Guild, awaits Legends-wannabes. This is the Room where they are given the Quest for Legend-ship, and if they succeed, become Legends. The Cupboard is home to a few Machetes, which you can only take before you complete Legends Quest, valuable tools which will help in your quest in the Kharazi Jungle. There is also a Papyrus respawn on the table, used by Legends-wannabes for mapping the dangerous Kharazi Jungle.

The first thing that you will see as you enter the magnificent Building is the Totem Pole you retrieved during the Legends Quest. This sculpted trunk of Wood is truly awe inspiring, depicting powerful Karamja Jungle animals, and is very well carved and brings a sense of power and spiritual fullfillment to anyone who looks at it.

Suits of Armour decorate the Hall and the Benches give rest to wary Legends. A Table and a Throne are also there, possibly to allow Radimus Erkle to perform his administrative tasks. Why he can appears in two different places at once though, is anybody's guess.

On the second floor, Fionella sells general Items. You can sell any Items you wish to her. The Items in her Stock are different from other General Stores.

Name Price
Swordfish 310 Gold Pieces
Apple Pie 46 Gold Pieces
Attack Potion (3) 18 Gold Pieces
Steel Arrow 18 Gold Pieces

At the left wing on the third floor is Siegfried Erkle, an eccentric shop keeper. The Items he sells are, of course, legendary. Here is where you buy the Legend's Cape, symbol of your Legend-ness. The Cape of Legends is a powerful cape, owned by only the best in RuneScape. Only worthy members of the Legends Guild are able to wear it proudly.

Name Price
Mithril Seeds 300 Gold Pieces
Dusty Key 1 Gold Piece
Maze Key 1 Gold Piece
Shield Right Half 750 000 Gold Pieces
Cape of Legends 675 Gold Pieces

In the right wing are four Bankers, ready to serve you. They are willing to help you to deposit and withdraw Items into and from your Bank, free of charge.

The basement is indeed a home for true warriors. In there are Monsters that challenge the limits of human strength.

Level 27 Giant Bats flap around the entrance of the basement. Take note that Bat Bones are worth more Prayer Experience than normal Bones.

Level 28 Pit Scorpions dominate the first half of the basement. Not many people train on them.

Level 48 Shadow Warriors are one of the main reasons why people become Legends. They have good drops, are easy to defeat, and is rumoured to have a greater chance of dropping a Dragon Shield Left Half.
