Location: East of Hemenster Level to enter 40 Ranged This Guild is not a very good place to train your Ranging, it is however, a great place to do some Shopping for Ranging Epuipment. Shops In this Guild there are three Shops. Shop One The first Shop is owned by the Armor Salesman. Who sells some Low-Level Ranging Armor. ![]() The Prices: (These depend on the amount in Stock) Shop Two The second Shop is owned by the Bow and Arrow Salesman. He sells some Fletching Items, Arrows, and Low-Level Bows. ![]() The Prices: (These depend on the amount in Stock) Shop Three The third Shop is owned by the barely dressed Tribal Weapon Salesman. He sells Throwing Weapons. ![]() The Prices: (These depend on the amount in Stock) Leather Working The Guild also has a Tanner for your Leather working. Speak with the Leatherworker to have your Hides formed into Leather. These are the Prices: Training Areas The Towers In the center of the Guild is a Ladder, once you climb it you arrive at a Platform. On the Platform are four Tower Advisors. Speak with them and they will tell you which Tower is best to train on judging from your Ranging Level. ![]() Each Tower has different Level Guards: North: Level 22. East: Level 42. South: Level 61. West: Level 81. When you are training on these Guards you will need a Longbow since Shortbows do not have the range to reach the Towers. These Guard will damage you so take Food. And your Arrows cannot be picked up if you miss, that is why this is not the perfect place to train. The Ranging Competition This little Mini-Game takes place on the east side of the Guild. There are several Targets for you to shoot at. ![]() Speak with the Competition Judge and pay him 200 Gold Pieces to enter. Once you pay him you can shoot ten times, he will supply you with ten Bronze Arrows to shoot. Here is the Experience table and the Score Table:
Playing this Mini-Game does not give you Hitpoints Experience. Once you have fired all of your Arrows speak with the Judge again and he will give you Ranging Tickets. This is how you calculate the amount of Tickets you get: Score/10 so for example if you scored 100 Points you get 10 Tickets. These Tickets can be traded in the Ranging Guild for Items. To do this you speak with the Ticket Merchant. These are the Items you can get: ![]() The amount of Tickets needed: Of course only some of these Items are worth getting. For example the 50 Rune Arrows can be sold for more than 20 Adamant Javelins but cost the same amount of Tickets. There are also quite a few Level 42 Guards walking around that you can harass. |
