By: A5chow and Psyduck

Edited By: Dr Henry

Coded By: Mr Penguin12 and A5chow

Special Thanks To: Knil, Cueball90, Ex, Glodenox

Minimum Requirements:
- Attack and Strength levels must add up to 130 or more

Recommended Items: Melee Armour, Melee Weapons, Cooked Food

The Warriors' Guild was created with the intention of helping warriors train their combat skills and discover the new blade that you can use in place of a Shield. Please note that if you die whilst there, you will lose your items.

How to get to the Warriors' Guild

The Warriors' Guild is located west of the town of Burthorpe.

The quickest way to reach the Warriors' Guild is by rubbing your enchanted Games Necklace and selecting 'Burthorpe Game Rooms.' You will then be teleported to the basement of the Burthorpe Castle where the Games room is located. Head up the flight of stairs until you reach the ground floor, then head out of the castle and walk west.

You will find the entrance to the Warriors' Guild on the east side of the building. There will be a large man standing at the front named Ghommal. If you speak to him, he will welcome you to the Warriors' Guild.

Ground Floor

Click on the door to enter the Guild. The door will automatically close after you enter. Upon entering, you will appear in a large hall with blue carpet. Harrallak Menarous, the founder of the Warriors' Guild, will be walking around. If you speak to him, he can tell you about the different training areas in the Guild and about Tokens that you can collect.

Animation Room

In this room, you are to bring your own set of Armour to bring to life. Attack it, bring it down and you will earn Tokens. You will also see a man named Shanomi. If you speak to him, he can tell you how to play this Mini Game, which is explained below, where the Magical Animators come from, or you can claim your Tokens from him if you had an previously earned Tokens from other Games. Note that you do not need to speak to him to claim your Tokens that you have earned in the Animation Room. The Tokens will be dropped on the ground.

You will be required to bring your own Full Helm, Platebody, and Platelegs. Trimmed or Special types of Armour will not work. It is recommended that you bring Melee Armour, a Melee Weapon, and Food. Also note that you cannot use Range or Magic in this room.

Simply right click any of the three pieces of Armour and use it on one of the two Magical Animators in the room. Your Armour will come to life and attempt to attack you. To avoid confusion with other Players, a Yellow Arrow will be flashing above your suit of Armour. Kill your suit of Armour before it kills you. Once you bring down to about one eighth of its life, it will retreat backwards away from you. Once you kill it, it will drop your original Full Helm, Platebody, Platelegs and the Tokens that you have earned by killing it.

Please keep in mind that the stronger the type of Armour you use, the higher level and harder it will be to kill your set of Armour. If you die, you will lose that set of Armour and the items you are carrying. You can also lose your set of Armour bashing it up too many times.

Armour Type Combat Level Hit Points Tokens Earned
Bronze 11 10 5
Iron 23 20 10
Steel 46 40 15
Black 69 60 20
Mithril 92 80 25
Adamant 113 100 30
Rune 138 120 40

Dummy Room

In this room, you are required to hit the Dummy with the Attack style that corresponds to the Dummy. Observe the chart below:

You are not required to have a weapon that does all of the Attack styles as it will get confusing as you switch. It is recommended that you select a few or just one Attack style and stand near the location of the corresponding Dummy or Dummies to attack them. Here is the placement of the Dummies:

The Dummies will pop up one attack style at a time. If you hit the Dummy with the corresponding Attack style correctly, you will be awarded 15 Attack Experience Points and two Tokens per correctly-whacked Dummy. If you hit a Dummy with the wrong Attack style, you will be stunned.

You can then speak to any of the Non-Player Characters that are in charge of the Mini Games inside the Warriors' Guild to collect your Tokens that you have earned. The closest one is Ajjat who is located by the entrance of the Dummy Room. If you speak to him, he will also tell you how to play this Mini Game and how he was employed here.

Bank

Located at the south west corner of the Warriors' Guild is the Bank. The Bank is ran by Jade who will tell you that she likes it here because of all the Warriors, the chances of the Bank being robbed are low. You can access your Bank here like you normally would.

Potions Shop

Located north of the Bank, west of the Dummy Room, is the Potions Shop which is ran by Lilly. She sells three types of Potions: Strength Potion(3), Attack Potion(3), and Defence Potion(3).

Item Price Effect Per Dose
Strength Potion(3) 15 Gold Pieces 3-12 Strength Boost
Attack Potion(3) 14 Gold Pieces 3-12 Attack Boost
Defence Potion(3) 114 Gold Pieces 3-12 Defence Boost

Food Shop

West of the Potions Shop is the Food Shop, ran by Lido. Lido sells cooked Food.

Item Price Heals Portions
Trout 24 Gold Pieces 7 1
Bass 144 Gold Pieces 13 1
Plain Pizza 48 Gold Pieces 14 (7 Per Portion) 2
Potato with Cheese 24 Gold Pieces 16 1
Stew 24 Gold Pieces 11 1

Staircase

To head upstairs to the Second or Third Floor, use the Staircase located west of the Bank.

Second Floor

On the second floor of the Warriors' Guild, you will find three more Mini Games and the Armoury.

Catapult Room

North of the Ladder which you came up from is the Catapult Room. Speak to Gamfred who will explain to you how to play the Catapult Mini Game. Ask for a Defensive Shield or right-click him and Claim Shield to receive one. This type of Shield is two-handed and can only be wielded in the Target Area of the Catapult Room. You cannot be wielding anything in your Weapon and Shield slot.

In this room, you are to defend yourself from different flying objects projected by the Catapult by selecting the correct Defence style. It is best to observe and memorize the chart below so that you act quickly enough to defend yourself:

You must stand on the Target Area which is the leveled stage with a Target sign at the top. Stand on top of it and position your Game Screen angle so that you can see the Catapult from where you are standing. Then quickly wield the Defensive Shield and select the corresponding Defence style to defend yourself from the projectile coming at you. If you do not wield your Defensive Shield, you will walk out of the way of the projectile.

It may get confusing at first but once you get the hang of it, it will be much easier. Each time you successfully defend yourself, you will earn one Warrior Guild Token and 10 Defence Experience Points. If you fail to defend yourself, one to four damage will be inflicted upon you.

To claim your Tokens, you can speak to Gamfred or right click him and select Claim-Tokens.

Shot Put

You cannot wield any Weapons, Shields or Gloves for this room. It is recommended that you bring something to Boost your Energy like Strange Fruits and Potions. You may also want to dust your hands by creating Ground Ashes. Simply use your Pestle and Mortar on some Ashes and you will create Ground Ashes. Then click on the Ground Ashes to dust your hands just before you pick up the Ball.

Pestle and Mortar + Ashes = Ground Ashes

There are two types of Shots: 18 lbs. and 22 lbs. The 18 lbs. Shots are located in the northern cage. The 22 lbs. Shots are located in southern cage. The farthest you can throw for both types of Shots is 14 Yards. It is easier to throw the 18 lbs. one.

The higher your Energy Percentage and Agility level are, the farther you are likely to throw and the less likely you are to fumble your shot. If you fumble your shot, you will hurt yourself by one Hit Point. The higher your Strength level is, the farther you are likely to throw. It helps if you dust your hands with Ground Ashes. This helps prevent you from fumbling your Shots. There are two Referees for each type of Shot who will tell you how far you have thrown.

To claim your Tokens, you may speak to Sloane or any of the two Refs.

Jimmy's Challenge

Jimmy's Challenge is located in the Storage Room, south of the Shot Put room. Jimmy, who is in the Store Room, is drunk. By speaking to him, you can find out about the room you are in, how to balance kegs, and to collect your points. He will challenge you to balance more Kegs on your head than him. In order to place a Keg on your head, you cannot be wielding anything in your Helmet, Weapon, Shield and Gloves slots.

Simply click on the Keg on the ground to pick it up then walk over to the next and click on it. Continue to do this until your Kegs lose balance. The higher your Energy Percentage is, the more likely you will be able to succeed in picking up your Keg. Picking up a Keg will drain your Energy. There are four Keg respawns in the room. The ones that are upright are the ones you can pick up.

Once they fall, it will inflict very little damage on you and your Energy will drain. Then speak to Jimmy and select, "May I claim my tokens?" He will write it in the ledger by forging a signature. To collect your tokens, speak to any of the official staff members of the guild.

Third Floor

The last, most upper floor is the training area. Within the large room are Cyclops. This room floor is maintained by Kamfreena.

If you speak to Kamfreena, she could tell you about the Cyclopes in the room. There are two levels of Cyclops within the room: Level 56 and 76. Both drop the same items. They are also the only monsters that drop Defenders. What is special about the Defenders is that they take place of the Shield slot and they give more offensive bonuses than defensive.

To enter the room, you need at least 100 Warrior Guild Tokens. Upon entering for the first time, Kamfreena should state that she will release the Cyclopes that will drop Bronze Defenders and 10 Warrior Guild Tokens will be taken away from you. For one minute that you in the room, 10 Tokens will be taken away. When you fall below 10, you will be told that your time is up. After the final minute, you will be brought back out of the room to Kamfreena.

Kill either of the Cyclopes in the room until they drop a Defender. Pick up that Defender and head outside of the room to Kamfreena. Use the Defender on Kamfreena and she will release the Cyclopes that will drop the next level of Defenders. The Defenders will be dropped in this order: Bronze, Iron, Steel, Black, Mithril, Adamant, and Rune. You must exit the room and show Kamfreena your Defender by using it on her in order to have the Cyclopes drop the next level. Once you reach Rune, the Cyclopes will continue dropping Rune Defenders
.

You can obtain more than one type of Defender. Defenders are not tradable. If you die or lose all of your Defenders, you will need to start from Bronze again. Therefore, it is advisable to keep the Defender below your current level one, if you should ever lose your current Defender. For example, should you ever lose your Adamant Defender, be sure to have the Mithril one stored in your bank for safety. You can also have more than one Rune Defender, and if you lose one, you may bring your other to show to Kamfreena.
