Use the Fairy Ring or teleport to either Castle Wars or Watchtower. Then walk to Oo'Glog.
Talk to Chief Tess about "shiny pretties".
Go to the bank and talk to Balnea.
Now go talk to Chargurr, who is just north of the bank. Agree to help her.
Go get a Woodcutting Axe and then go outside the camp and chop ten Eucalyptus Logs and eight Achey Logs.
Once you have those Logs, return to Chargurr. When she asks, give her four Spears of any kind and two Chompy birds.
Light a fire and Chargurr will finally be pleased.
Go back to the bank and talk to Balnea.
She will want you to go talk to Snurgh, who is in the southeast house of the city.
Snurgh will want you to get some feathers from a Tropical Wagtail bird for the pillows.
Once you have collected eight feathers, go back and speak to Snurgh again.
Now go back to the bank and talk to Balnea. She will want you to go to the salon and talk to Kringk.
Kringk is in the large salon east of the bank. When you talk to her, she will ask you to collect four Wolf Bones and eight Spined Larupia Furs for her.
Once you have given Kringk these Items, go back to the bank and speak with Balnea. She will tell you to talk to Seegud.
Seegud, who is in the northeast part of the bank, will ask you to help get rid of the Swarms around the pools.
For this part you will need some different flowers (Tansymum, Fever Grass, Primweed, Lavender and Stinkbloom) and some more Eucalyptus Logs.
Put all these Items in the fire. Don't be alarmed when it says nothing is happening. Go speak to Seegud.
You will find out that the Ogre kids have messed up the order of the stones. Go talk to them.
Start with the Thermal Pool. The combinations seem to be different for everyone.
Use a Eucalyptus Log and a flower on the Thermal Pool and light the fire. If it doesn't work, use a different flower.
The necessary ingredients for each pool will be different for every person, but the system is the same.

Once you've gotten rid of all the swarms, go back to Seegud.
When you are done there, head back to the bank and speak to Balnea. She will tell you to find Chief Tess and get rid of the bugs around the city.
Chief Tess will explain that in order to get rid of the bugs, you will need to set flowers on fire as bait for each of the Swarms.
To do this, you will need four Diseased Kebbits, some Fever Grass, a Tinderbox, and Deadfall Traps.
For Wimpy Birds, burn Tansymum. Use a Bird Snare to catch five of them.
For Platypodes, burn Lavender. Use a Box Trap to catch all four of them.
Go back to the Chief and talk to him. He will tell you where to release the Platypodes.
Go to the eastern-most corner of the city (above the docks) and release them. As thanks for releasing them in such a wonderful location, they will fish up Caskets for you.
For the last time in this quest, go talk to Balnea.
