The yellow circle is the Tower where Sir Amik Varze can be found. The red circle is Wayne's Chains, where the Iron Chainbody can be purchased for 212 Gold Pieces. The Bronze Medium Helmet can be purchased for 24 Gold Pieces from Peksa's Helmet Shop, shown by the green circle, and the purple circle is the location of the Cabbage respawn in the Monastery grounds. Finally, the white circle is the Black Knight's Fortress.

Starting Point: Speak to Sir Amik Varze on the second floor of the White Knight's Castle

Climb up two flights of Staircases on the west side of the White Knight's Castle to reach the second floor with Sir Amik Varze, the leader of the White Knights in Falador. Speak to Sir Amik and ask for a Quest. He will offer you a spying role inside the Black Knight's Fortress as the Black Knights have been making some threatening gestures recently and claim to possess a powerful secret Weapon. Your role as a spy is to find out what the secret Weapon is and sabotage it.
Before you approach the Black Knight's Fortress, make sure that you have all of the Items that you will need. You will need to enter the Fortress to the southwest via the Sturdy Door guarded by Fortress Guards. By wearing an Iron Chainbody and Bronze Medium Helmet you will fool them and they will let you pass
Once inside, push the Wall directly in front of you. The Wall will open to reveal a small Room with a Ladder.

Climb up two sets of Ladders and then head down the Ladder a short distance to the east.
After climbing down the Ladder, head east two Doors and then climb up yet another Ladder.

You will find yourself out on the Battlements beside two Cannons. Climb down the Ladder to the east and you will find yourself in a Room with a Chaos Altar.
Open the Sturdy Door and then climb down the Ladder a short way to the west. Follow the Corridor until you come to the Grill. Listen at the Grill and you will eavesdrop a conversation between a Witch, Greldo the Goblin and a Black Knight.
The Witch will be explaining to the Black Knight that the Invincibility Potion only needs one more Ingredient, a Cabbage from Draynor Manor. Any other Cabbage will destroy the Potion.
Enter the Dining Hall and go up the northern Ladder. Run around the Battlements until you come to a Wall. Push the Wall to enter a Room with a Hole directly above a Cauldron (containing the Invincibility Potion).
Use a Cabbage with the Hole to sabotage the Potion.
Return to Sir Amik Varze to receive your Reward.
