Items Needed:

100 Gold Pieces
1 Raw Sardine
1 Bucket
1 Doogle Leaves
1 Bucket of Milk

Suggested Items:

Runes for the "Teleport to Varrock" spell
Runes for the "Teleport to Lumbridge" spell

Starting Point: Gertrude's house, southwest of Varrock.

To start this Quest you'll need to head over to Gertrude and talk to her. She's located west of Varrock's west Bank, just south of Juliet's house. Ask Gertrude if you can help find her Cat. She will tell you that she cannot leave her house, and that you should go talk to the Boys in Varrock Square.
After talking to Gertrude proceed to the back of her house and pick up some Doogle Leaves. After that, proceed to Varrock Square.
Upon arrival in Varrock Square (either by teleporting or walking), go to the Fur Trading Stall and look for Shilop and Wilough. They will say you have to pay them for their information. Give them the 100 Gold Pieces they request. They will tell you the location of Fluffs the Cat.
Next, teleport to Lumbridge and obtain a Raw Sardine by either going to Al Kharid and fishing it by Bait Fishing or buying it.
After you have the Raw Sardine, make your way back to Lumbridge and head north over the Bridge. Follow the path until you come to the Cow Pen on your right. You will need to pick a Dairy Cow and obtain Milk.
After that, proceed to the Varrock Lumberyard. Once there you will see the boxes saying, "Mew!"
Climb the ladder and walk over to the Cat. You should try to pick her up, but she will hiss at you. Use your Milk with the Cat. Try to pick her up after that, and again she will hiss. Now use your Doogle Leaves on the Raw Sardine. The Sardine will now appear as Seasoned Sardine. Use your Seasoned Sardine on the Cat. Once again, you should try to pick her up, and again she will hiss at you. Now climb down the ladder and check all of the boxes that are saying "Mew!" Once you find the Kitten, proceed upstairs and use the Kitten with the Cat.
The Cats will run off, and you will need to return to Gertrude to finish the Quest. Either walk or teleport to Varrock and run west to Gertrude's house. As you talk with her, the Cats will show up. Congratulations, Quest complete!
