Minimum Requirements:

Items: 10 Oak Planks, 10 Steel Nails, 1 Hammer, 1 Spade, 1 Normal Plank, 1 Steel Bar (or 1 Clockwork), 1 Piece of Silk, Ring of Charos(a) or 1 Raw Codfish*, 5 Feathers, 1 Swamp Tar, 1 Mahogany Plank, 1 Soft Leather, 1 Cowbell**
* - Ring of Charos(a) is obtained by completing the Garden of Tranquility quest up to a certain point. If you have not started this quest, you can fish for Codfish by Big Net Fishing at either Catherby or the Fishing Guild.
** - Right click any Dairy Cow and steal from them.
Items Recommended: Method to get to Keldagrim cave entrance***, House Teleport, 2 Lumbridge Teleports, cooked Food, Agility Potion.
*** - You will be required to head near the Keldagrim cave entrance (see map below). This will require either an Enchanted Lyre, a Dramen Staff if you have completed Fairy Tale Part 2, Camelot Teleport Runes or a House Teleport if you have your house located at Relleka.
Start point: Ardougne Zoo.
- Head to Ardougne Zoo located in East Ardougne and look for Larry. He is found on the southwestern side of the Zoo, near the Penguins. Speak to him and he will become suspicious that you are working for the Penguins. You will offer your help to him by helping him observe the Penguins.

- You will need 10 Oak Planks, 10 Steel Nails, 1 Hammer, and 1 Spade. Then you can choose to talk to Larry so he'll teleport you to the Penguins, or you can meet him near the cave entrance of Keldagrim, east of Relleka, once you retrieve these materials. You can reach the rendez-vous point by playing an Enchanted Lyre and heading east, teleporting and leaving your house if it is located in Relleka, walk north from Camelot and Seers Village, or teleport to the Relleka Hunting Area using D K S Fairy Ring code and head north if you have completed Fairy Tale Part 2.

- Go to the northern coast near Keldagrim's cave entrance to find Larry again who is on the docks. Speak to him and tell him you have all the materials. He will then ask if you're ready to head to the Iceberg.
- Once you reach the Iceberg, head a bit west and speak to Larry once more. You will ask how to make a Bird Hide. You'll need to use Oak Planks on the Firm Patch of Snow. The Firm Patch of Snow is located west of where you landed. Afterwards use your spade with the "Dig Spade" command to cover up the bird hide with snow.

- A short cut scene will take place. Take note of and write down the three actions they do. This is important. Once your observation is complete, speak to Larry again. Tell him that it did seem suspicious. You will ask what we should do next but he cannot tell you on the Iceberg. Right click Larry and select Travel.
- Speak to Larry again. He will tell you his plans. For this section, you will need a Crafting Table in your house (or someone else's). He will also give you his Clockwork Book with instructions in them. You will also need 1 Normal Plank, 1 Steel Bar or 1 Clockwork, and 1 Piece of Silk. To get a piece of Silk, you can purchase one from the Silk Trader in Al Kharid or steal one from the Stall in Ardougne. Teleport to your house and head into your Workshop.

- Once you're in your Workshop, create your Clockwork Mechanism on your Clockwork table if you do not already have one. Then select Clockwork Toy and then Clockwork Penguin.

- Now head back to Larry who is on the docks near the cave entrance to Keldagrim City. Tell him that you have the Suit ready and travel back to the Iceberg. You will notice that the Bird Hide has been destroyed.

- Speak to Larry. He will tell you that the Penguins have destroyed the Bird Hide. Tell him that you think it is a warning message to stay away. He will wonder what to do and you will suggest going to the Zoo to infiltrate instead. He will teleport you back to Ardougne Zoo. You will need your hands and cape spots in your Equipment Inventory free for this part. Once you are at the Zoo, speak to Larry.

- Larry will then shrink you and you will be in the Penguin suit. Head into the Gate south of the Penguin cage and click on the Penguin which you could speak to. You will need to copy the three actions of the Penguin you observed earlier by clicking on the emotes. The three emotes are different from each player. If you forgot yours, simply use trial and error systematically.

- Once you have successfully made the greeting, the Penguin will talk to you. You will find out that they are trying to learn how to fly. He will tell you to bring the Mission Report to the Penguin Operatives in Lumbridge.

- Head out of the cage and speak to Larry. Tell him what you found out. Then teleport to Lumbridge and head north to the Sheep Pen. You will find Larry by the gate of the Sheep Pen. Speak to him and then right click Larry and select Tuxedo-time. You will transform into a Penguin. Look for two Penguins under a Sheep costume. Right click them and select Talk-to.

- You will have to perform the Penguin Greeting again by using the three emotes you used earlier. The Penguin Operatives will be upset that you may blow their cover and refuse to talk to you. Head back to Larry and speak to him. You will have to speak to the Penguin in the Zoo again. Larry will offer to teleport you back to the Zoo.
- Once you are back in Ardougne Zoo, right click Larry again and select Tuxedo-time. Then head back into the Penguin Cage and talk to the Penguin. Tell him that the Operatives in Lumbridge will not speak to you because you need the secret phrase. Head back out and speak to Larry again. He will make suggestions like giving them Cod or an object of magical powers. Equip your Ring of Charos(a) and then transform back into a Penguin. If you do not have a Ring of Charos(a), you can use a raw Codfish on the Penguin instead.
- Head back into the Penguin Cage and speak to the Penguin again. He will help you this time. The phrase is, "Do not trust the walrus." Now head back out of the Cage again and speak to Larry. He will tell you to meet him at Lumbridge again.
- Teleport to Lumbridge and head to the Sheep Pen. Right click Larry and select Tuxedo-time. Then head to the Penguin Operatives and speak to them again. They will ask you to investigate the Farmer. In return, you'll ask where the Outpost is.
- Head back to Larry and speak to him. Then head Fred the Farmer who is inside his house, located north west outside of the Sheep Pen. You can use the Stile on the northern fence as a shortcut. Speak to Fred the Farmer about Penguins and warn Fred.

- Then head back into the Sheep Pen and transform into a Penguin again. Speak to the Operatives and tell them that the Farmers are harmless. You will convince them that the Sheep are onto them and will tell you the location of the Outpost. The password to enter is "cabbage".
- Now speak to Larry and tell him what you found out. Before you select to go back to the Iceberg, you will need 5 Feathers and 1 Swamp Tar. If your Agility level is considerably low, below 70, you may want to bring some cooked Food and an Agility potion or perhaps something to teleport away with when your health is low. You will be required to go through an Agility Course which may inflict a considerable amount of damage. Once you have those, speak to Larry who will offer to teleport you to the Iceberg.
- Once you are on the Iceberg, transform back into a Penguin and head north west. You should be able to see a KGP Agent here. You will need to perform the proper greeting again and tell him the password. He will then ask for an ID.

- Head a bit east and speak to a Penguin named Noodle. He will offer to create an ID for you. Use your Feathers on him and he will give you a KGP ID Card.

- Speak to the KGP Agent again and he will allow you to enter. Click on the Avalanche north of the Agent to enter. Then head inside and go to the first room left (West side). Speak to the KGP Agent there. You will give him the Mission Reports and then he will tell you to take a Physical.

- Head west of the Interrogation room and go through the Door. Then head north and go through the larger Door. You will enter the Agility Course.
- You will see a drill going on. Speak Army Commander and he will tell you that they are preparing for an invasion. Head north until you reach the end of the path and then walk west to the Ice Steps to start the agility course.

- You will need to swim west try to avoid the moving Crushers. The ones on the north move south into the center and the southern ones move north into the center. If you get hit, you take damage.

- After crossing the path of the Crushers, climb onto the Stepping Stone. Then Jump your way along the path by clicking on each Steeping Stone.

- Head north until you reach the area where Icicles are hanging from above. Click on the bottom of the Icicle rings to tread Icicles softly and pass. There are four Icicle rings you will need to pass. Tread softly by clicking on the bottom each time.

- After passing four Icicles, there will be a course of Ice Slopes. You will have to click on each individual block of Ice to cross until you reach the end. This may be the most difficult part because you can easily slip down the Ice Slopes and you will take damage.

- Finally, you will slide down the Ramp Jumps to the Agility Instructor at the end.

- The Agility Instructor is one holding a megaphone. Speak to him and he will tell you that you have passed the course.

- Now head back all the way out to Larry where the Bird Hide is. Speak to him and he will want you to find the secret room where they are making their war plans. Transform back into a Penguin and head back into the Avalanche.
- Head directly north until you reach large Doors. Click on them and it says that it's being controlled by the Control Panel. Click on the Control Panel that is on the west side. The KGP Agent will yell at you.

- Then head into the east room where the Instruments are. Speak to either Ping or Pong. They will request that you bring them a Cowbell and a set of Bongos for them.

- Head back out and speak to Larry who will tell you where to get them. To get a Cowbell, you can steal it from any Dairy Cow. While you are in the Cow Pen, kill a Cow for its hide, if you do not already have Soft Leather. To make Soft Leather, you will need to visit a Tanner with your Cowhide and 1 Gold Piece then trade it in for Soft Leather. Next, you will need a Mahogany Plank. You can chop down a Mahogany Tree and get a Log then go to the Sawmill Operator in Varrock and change it into a Plank. Once you have all of the materials, use the Mahogany Plank on the Soft Leather to create a Bongo.

- Once you have your set of Bongos and the Cowbell, head back inside the Avalanche. Speak to Ping or Pong again and tell them you have the Instruments. They will start singing and the KGP Guard will come in. You will take this opportunity to use the Control Panel to open the door.
- Head back out and click on the Control Panel again, north of the Instruments room. You will be able to enter the large Doors. Then head east and you will get caught. Another short cut scene will take place. You will then be brought into the room with the level 51 Icelords. They are extremely easy to kill and are practically harmless. Kill the one that attacks you and leave the Gate to the west of the Cage.

- Then head to the east side of the room until you see a Chasm and go through it.

- You will appear back outside again. Head south and speak to Larry. Tell him your findings. He will quickly show you a giant Penguin and then reward you.
