NOTE: There is a Bucket respawn and Sink on the way to the Drain.

Starting Point: Speak to the Gypsy in the Tent next to Varrock's main square

Talk to the Gypsy and she will tell you to cross her palm with Silver (no Silver Ore is actually needed). She will talk of a powerful demon, Delrith who almost destroyed Varrock 150 years ago. Delrith was stopped by a hero called Wally who used a magical sword called the Silverlight. The Gypsy will say that you are the one who is destined to halt Delrith this time and that you must recover Silverlight from Sir Prysin who resides in Varrock Castle. Before you leave the Gyspy, make sure she has told you the magical incantation:
Sir Prysin is on the western side of the first floor of Varrock Castle. Tell him that the Gypsy Aris sent you and that you need to find Silverlight. He will explain that he locked Silverlight away in a box which needs three Keys to open it. He has one Key (which he lost down the Drain), Wizard Traiborn has another and Captain Rovin has the third.
Go to the third floor of the Castle and talk to Captain Rovin. He will give you one of the Keys.
Head to the northeast section of the Castle and go through the Door. Next to the Door on the outside is the Drain where Sir Prysin dropped his Key. Use your Bucket of Water with the Key to wash it down into the Drain.
Climb down the Manhole to the east of the Varrock Castle to enter the Varrock Sewers. Travel northwest until you reach a Pipe. On the ground below the Pipe is Sir Prysin's Key. Pick it up.
The third Key is with Wizard Traiborn on the second floor of the Wizard's Tower. He is very forgetful and has forgotten he was meant to look after the Key. However, he does have a Key in his special closet. To get to it he will need to perform a drazier style ritual for which he needs 25 Bones.
Talk to Traiborn again and give him the 25 sets of Bones. He will perform his ritual and then give you back the Key.
Now that you have all three Keys return to Sir Prysin to collect Silverlight.
Go to the Druid Circle to the southeast of Varrock, wield Silverlight and attack Delrith. Once you have slain him he will transform into a Weakened Delrith. You can only banish him utterly if you choose the correct Incantation words, the same one that the Gypsy told you at the commencement of the quest. The correct Incantation is made with the following words: Carlem Aber Camerinthum Purchai Gabindo.
