Minimum Requirements:
- Level 65 Smithing
- Level 50 Fletching
- Level 50 Runecrafting

Must Have Completed:
- Wanted!
- Troll Stronghold
- Doric's Quests

Quest Length: Short

Members Only: Yes

Non-Player Characters: Monk, High Priest and Sir Tiffy

Items Required: A Mithril Two-Handed Sword (Either buy it from Players, from Taverley Two-Handed Sword Shop for 2,600 Gold Pieces or Smith it yourself with three Mithril Bars), a Bow String and a Large Pouch*
* - Refer to the Abyss section in our Runecrafting Guide for more information.

Recommended Items: Runes for two Falador Teleport Spells (2 Law Runes, 2 Water Runes and 6 Air Runes in total), Runes for two Varrock Teleport Spells (2 Law Runes, 2 Fire Runes and 6 Air Runes in total) and an Amulet of Glory with at least two teleport charges.
  1. Starting the Quest

From Varrock, head east to River Salve, the River which you cross to get to Canifis. If you are in Canifis, head west and go through the Underground Passage, or if you have 65 Agility, squeeze through the Railings of the Fence on the east of the Temple and then climb up the Rocks south of the Temple.

In front of the Temple Entrance, speak to the Monk.

He will ask if you have time to help him. Offer to help and you will find out that you need to create a new Weapon for him.

Teleport to Falador with a Mithril Two-Handed Sword in your Inventory (or bring three Mithril Bars and a Hammer to smith it). Head north from Falador to Doric's House. You can also purchase a Mithril Two-Handed Sword for 2,600 Gold Pieces from the Two-Handed Sword Shop in Taverley.

  2. Creating a Slender Bow

Smith a Mithril Two-Handed Sword using Doric's Anvils if you do not have one.

Grind the Sword by using it on Doric's Whetstone, located inside Doric's House, just east of the Anvils.

The Mithril Two-Handed Sword will turn into a Slender Blade.

String it by using a Bow String on it.You cannot equip it.

Teleport to Varrock and head back to the Monk at the Temple west of River Salve.

He will thank you and ask you of another favour. He will give you an Orbthat you need to bring secretly into Entrana for a Ceremony.

  3. The Ceremony on Entrana

You need a Large Pouchfrom Runecrafting. Teleport to Edgeville using your Amulet of Glory. Place the Orb inside your Large Pouch. Large Pouches are dropped by Abyssal Monsters in the Abyss, of course. Now deposit all your Weapons and Armour as you cannot bring them to Entrana. This includes Dragonhide Armour, Pickaxes and Axes. Bring Food, Anti-Poison Potions and a way to teleport away in case of Player Killers.

Head into the Abyss by right-clicking the Zamorakian Mage found north of River Lum, in Level 5 Wilderness and choosing to teleport. Beware of Player Killers! Refer to the Abyss Guide in our Runecrafting Guide for more information.

Head into the Law Rift, then out of the Altar and to the Church. Use the Large Pouch filled with the Orb on the Altar.
Warning: You will not get your Large Pouch back.

    ---Short cutscene here---

An evil Mage appears and steals Entrana's Relic. The High Priest will tell you to talk to the Monk again to find out more. Teleport back to Varrock and head east to the Monk.

You will find out the Monk has died from powerful evil Magic. Click on the dead Monk to search him.

Use your Amulet of Glory and teleport to Draynor Village, then go to Port Sarim and take the Boat to Entrana. Make sure you do not have any Weapons or Armour or you will not be allowed on board the Ship. Head north to the Church again.

  4. Sir Tiffy

Talk to the High Priest and tell him the Monk is dead. He will tell you to see Sir Tiffy Cashien.

Teleport to Falador or take the Boat back to Port Sarim and head to Sir Tiffy. Sir Tiffy is the Temple Knight whom you talk with to begin the Wanted! Quest, sitting on a Bench in Falador Park, beside the Tree Patch.

This is simply a prequel to a series of coming Quests. We will find out who the mysterious Murderer is soon enough.
