- After talking to Sylas head to the White Wolf Mountain to the west of you and go towards the most northeastern corner of the mountain where you'll find Grimgnash - a Griffin.
- Speak to Grimnash and tell him he's known to be a very powerful Griffin. He will want you to tell a bed-time story like his mommy-griffin always did.
- Each phrase of the story is simply the meanest option available. The lines you have to choose are:
- There once was a graveyard filled with undead.
- There lived a skeleton named Skullrot.
- Skullrot was insane!
- Skullrot hungrily grabbed the gnome's hair.
- Started to strangle the poor gnome.
- He saw a big axe leaning on the wall.
- Once Grimnash is sleeping, take a Griffin Feather from the pile of feathers next to Grimnash.
- Go back to Sylas and give him the Feather. Ask him about the second item you need to get.
- Now go to a Tower a bit south of the Mind Altar. Climb over the Crumbling Wall behind the tower.
- Talk into the Drain Pipe. After some chatting, ask if there is anything up there that can help; he will say that there is nothing other than himself and his Beard.
- Tell him that he needs to throw his Beard down.
- Climb up using his Beard.
- At the top, speak with Rupert.
- Go down (using the Beard again) and speak to the Princess, who is located north of the Tower.
- After talking to her (choose the "second cousin, twice removed" option), ask her for a key and go to the Witch's House in Taverley.
- Go down the Ladder in the northern Room and go through the Gate while wearing Leather Gloves. Grab the Music Notes, open the Cupboard and grab the Roots and the Notes as well, then go back through the Gate and play them: upper E, upper F, upper E, upper D, upper C, lower A, lower E, lower G, lower A.
- If you haven't got them yet, go to the Bank and get two Vials of Water and two Tarromins.
- Read the shrinking recipe if you hadn't done so yet and then mix the Shrunk Ogleroots and the Tarromins in the Vials.
- Go back to the Witch's House. Enter the southern Room where the mouse hole is located.
- When you enter the Room, you will get a message saying, "You sense a strange magical force".
- After a short Cutscene, you will be very small and in a Dungeon full of level 95 Mice.
- Climb up the first Nail Ladders you find to the north and then go as much to the southwest as possible. Take the Nail Ladder that goes up and then simply take the other Nail Ladders you come across until you find the Pendant. Grab this Pendant.
- Go back to Princess Miazrqa and give her the Pendant in exchange for releasing Rupert.
- After a short Cutscene, you will receive Rupert's Helmet.
- Go back to Sylas and give him the Helmet, after a bit of talking he'll give you his Magic Beans.
- Go southeast and plant the Bean that Sylas gave you. If you do not have a Seed Dibber or Watering Can, you can use the Leprechaun northeast of the Bean Plot.
- After you have planted the bean, water it. You will see another short Cutscene.
- Go to a bank and get Food, Prayer Potions and a Super Set now, as you will have to fight Glod, a level 138 Giant who can deal out damage exceeding 20, sometimes drains prayer and from time to time puts off your prayer. Use the "Protect from Melee" Prayer for extra protection and set it on again when Glod caused it to go off.
- After you have killed him, he will drop the Golden Goblin.
- Give the Golden Goblin to Sylas and go fetch an Axe and cut down the Beanstalk.
- The Beanstalk will be too thick, so you will need to use a Shrink Potion on it.
- After a Cutscene, chop the Tree down.
- Watch yet another Cutscene and then talk to Sylas once more.
