Items Needed: 3 Balls of Wool, 1 Flour, 1 Red Berry, 1 Ashes, 1 Bucket of Water, 1 Soft Clay, 1 Bronze Bar, Yellow Dye, a Pink Skirt, some Money.

Yellow Dye: Speak with Aggie and she will make it for you if you give her two Onions and 5Gold Pieces.

Requirements: Time...

Start: Speak with Hassan at Al Kharid palace.

Hassan will tell you that the prince has been kidnapped and directs you to Osman. Head outside to find Osman in front of the palace and speak with him, he will tell you that you will need to copy a key, and dress up the prince as Lady Keli.

Key Copy: Head to Draynor Jail and speak with Lady Keli and select these Options:

"Heard of you? You're famous in RuneScape!"
"What's your latest plan then?"
"Can you be sure they will not try to get him out?"
"Could I see the key please?"
"Could I touch the key for a moment please?"

Then you will automatically make a Key Print if you have Soft Clay in your Inventory. Head back to Al Kharid and speak with Osman, he will take the Key Print and the Bronze Bar. He tells you he will give the Key to his Daughter Lenee. Speak with Lenee to get the Key.

Dress up the Prince: The Pink Skirt can be bought at Varrock Clothes Shop. Speak with Ned and ask him if he can make more things out of Wool, then ask him to make a Wig. Use Yellow Dye on the Wig to make it Yellow. Speak with Aggie who lives in Draynor and ask her about the Skin Paste. If you have all the stuff to make the Paste with you (1 Bucket of Water, 1 Flour, 1 Ashes, 1 Red Berry) she will make it for you.

Getting the Prince out: Speak with the Guard Joe and select this Option:

"I have some Beer here, fancy one ?"

You will get him drunk.

Use the Rope on Lady Keli to tie her up. Use the Key on the Cell Door and speak with the Prince, he will dress himself up as Lady Keli and tell you that you can now use the toll Gate for free. Head back to Osman and he will tell you to pick up your Reward from Hassan. Speak with Hassan to claim your Reward

Congratulations! Quest Complete!

Reward: 700 Gold Pieces, 3 Quest Points and you can now use the Toll Gate for free.
