Non-Player Characters: Awusah the Mayor, Shiratti the Custodian, Ghaslor the Elder, the three River Spirits (Nirrie, Tirrie, and Hallak) and Genie.
Monsters: White Golem (Level 75), Grey Golem (Level 75) and Black Golem (Level 75).
- Starting the Quest:
Purchase a Shantay Pass from Shantay for 5 Gold Pieces. Bring 4 Waterskins(4), a Law Rune, an Air Rune, a Needle and about 5 Threads. Go through the Shantay Pass and talk to the Rug Merchant, just east of the Pass. Take the Magic Carpet and head to Pollnivneach. It costs 200 Gold Pieces. If you did the Rogue Trader Mini-Game, it costs 100 Gold Pieces. If you equip your Ring of Charos(u), it costs 75 Gold Pieces.

From Pollnivneach head south to the southern Rug Merchant and ride the Magic Carpet to Nardah. The price is the same as the Magic Carpet from Shantay Pass to Pollnivneach. From the Rug Merchant, head east to the Town Hall (marked by the Quest Start Icon in the Mini-Map) and talk to Awusah the Mayor.

Tell him you are an Adventurer looking for a Quest. He will tell you the situation of the City. Tell him you will see what you can do about the Curse.

Head into the Shrine, the Building north of the Fountain, northwest of the Town Hall. Talk to Shiratti the Custodian and ask about the Key on display. Cast Telekinetic Grab on the Ancestral Key on the Table in the east-side of the Shrine.

Also in the Shrine, open and search the northwestern Cupboard, you will get Worn Robes, both top and bottom. Mend them by using a Needle on both of them with some Threads in your Inventory. You will get Robes of Elidinis.
Wear the Robes you just mended. Head east of the Shrine and talk to Ghaslor the Elder. He will give you a Scroll that contains a Ballad. Read the Ballad and it will give you hints on what is coming up next.

- The Three Golems: White, Grey, and Black

Head south of the City to the Bank and bring Food, Waterskins(4), Weapons that stab, slashe and crushe, a Rope, a Pickaxe, a Bow and a few Arrows, the Ancestral Key and wear your Robes of Elidinis.
Note: A Spear can perform all three styles of Attack.
Follow along River Elid and head north to the Waterfall (indicated on Map above). Use the Rope on the Root hanging above the Cave Entrance. You will then swing your Rope to the Root and climb up.

Once inside the Waterfall, go through the first Door, which you can only open with your Ancestral Key while wearing Robes of Elidinis. You will be in a large Room with four other Doors, one in the north and three located around the east side. Here you can change into your Armour. The three Doors located around the east-side have Guardians. All Guardians use Melee Attacks. All three can only be affected and damaged by its weakness.

Head east and try to open the most southern Door. The White Golem, Level 75, will appear and attack you. This Golem is weak against stab attacks, so switch to a stabbing Weapon and make sure your style of Attack is stab. Once you defeat it, go through the Door and try to clear the Water Channel. You will use your Thieving Skills to remove it without activating the traps.

Head east and try to open the Door located to the southeast. The Grey Golem, also Level 75, will appear and attack you. This Golem is weak against slash Attacks, so switch to a slashing Weapon and make sure your style of Attack is slash. Go through the Door, once you have killed it, clear the Water Channel by using your Pickaxe to mine the Rocks blocking the Water Channel.

Head northeast and open that Door. The last Golem, once again a Level 75, Black Golem, will appear and attack you. This Golem is weak against crush Attacks, so switch to a crushing Weapon and make sure your style of Attack is crush. Once you defeat it, go through the Door.

The Water Channel in this Room requires a ranged Attack to defeat the Target, so equip your Bow and Arrows and clear the Water Channel.

Head into the northern large Room once you cleared all three Water Channels and walk further north. You will see three River Spirits, Nirrie, Tirrie and Hallak. Talk to the Spirits. They will tell you that the cause of the Curse was because the Townspeople threw away the Statue of Elidinis. You need to find the Statue and bring it back to Nardah.

- The Genie and the Statue
Head back south to Nardah and speak to Awusah the Mayor. He will tell you that they threw the Statuette down the Crevice, west of the Nardah. Before you leave the Town Hall, take the Mayor's Shoes by the Entrance.
Bank and take out a lit source of light (Bullseye Lantern, Candle, etc.), a Rope, the Mayor's Shoes and a Knife. Head west to the Crevice and climb down. If you do not have a source of light, little bugs will hit you for 1 Hit Point each time, but very quickly.
Head north and enter the Room with the Genie in it and speak to him. Tell him that you have come down for the Statue, and he will give it to you if you make a deal with him. You need to get him the Sole of the Mayor's Shoes.

Cut the Mayor's Shoes with a Knife to get two Soles. Speak to Genie again and give him "one" of them. The Genie will give you Statue of Elidinis.
Head back up to the Nardah and go into the Shrine. Place the Statue on the Statue Stand.
