Requirements: Level 21 Thieving

Start: Speak with Kangai Mau in Brimhaven; he can be found inside the Shrimp and Parrot Bar.

Kangai Mau: He will tell you that Lord Handelmort stole his Totem for his private Museum.

Head to Ardougne and search for Lord Handelmort's Mansion.
You can't get into the Mansion, so you need to find another way. Go to Wizard Cromperty, whom you can find in the most northeast point of Ardougne. When you have found him, speak to him and ask what he has invented and then ask him to teleport you.
You will now find yourself inside the RPDT. Talk to an RPDT Employee. Investigate the nearby Crates and you will get two Labels. Switch the Labels on the Boxes by using the Label for Lord Handelmort's Mansion on the Crate with the Teleport Block.
Head into a House north of the RPDT, and pick up a Guidebook. In the Book you will find Lord Handelmort's middle name (Kurt), remember it.
Speak to Wizard Cromperty and ask to be teleported again; this time you will find yourself inside the Mansion. Make your way left until you reach the last Door. You will need to enter a Password here, so enter Lord Handelmort's middle name and open the Door. Investigate the Stairs before you go up them, if you are under Thieving Level 21, you'll fall through.
Open the Chest and search it for the Totem. Now make your way back to Kangai Mau and speak with him. He will thank you on behalf of his Tribe and give you a Reward.
