1. Speak with Sir Tiffy and he will tell you that there is a problem with your Temple Knight's Application but that there is a loophole to solve this problem. He will tell you to speak with Sir Amik Varze, who can be found inside the White Knights Castle.
   
   
2. Sir Amik Varze will ask you to become his Squire, decline the offer and ask to become a Deputy instead. He will accept this. Speak with him again and ask if there are any jobs available, there are none. Now head back to Sir Tiffy.
   
   
3. Speak with Sir Tiffy who will tell you about an upcoming crisis. He will then tell you to ask Sir Amik Varze for a job again. Speak with Sir Amik once more and he will tell you about a crisis concerning the Mage Solus Dellagar. Agree to help Sir Amik and he will then fully deputize you into the Order.
   
   
4. Speak with Sir Tiffy again and he will give you the task of searching Solus, to do so you will need to get a Commorb. You can either buy one from Sir Tiffy for 10,000 Gold Pieces or Sir Tiffy will make one if you give him 1 Slayer Gem, 1 Molten Glass and 1 Law Rune. Once you have your Commorb go back to the White Knight's Castle and stand within the Castle Walls.
   
   
5. Contact Savant and ask her about your assignment, after you are done talking to her watch the two recordings.
   
   
6. Head into Taverley Dungeon and make your way to the Black Knight's Hideout there. To get to the Black Knight's Hideout head south once you reach the Chaos Dwarfs. Once you're there you will find Lord Daquarius on the west side in a separate Room. He won't want to tell you anything at first, however if you kill a Black Knight around him he will agree to speak with you. Once you're done talking to him make your way out of the Dungeon.
   
   If you have used the Abyss before skip the following step and go directly to step number 8.
   
   
7. Head to Edgeville and speak with the Zamorak Mage who can be found just above Edgeville in the Wilderness. The Zamorak Mage will tell you to meet him in Varrock. Be warned however, the location of the Zamorak Mage in the Wilderness is a very popular Player Killing spot, so if you are afraid of losing items deposit everything in your Bank account first.
   
   
8. Speak with the Zamorak Mage who is inside the Chaos Church in Varrock, he will charge you 20 Rune Essence for the Information he has. After he tells you this Information your Character will know that Solus can be found in Canifis.
   
   
9. Head to Canifis. When you are near Canifis Savant will talk to you about 'Slow Teleporting' and he then tells you to scan in Canifis. Once you're in Canifis use the Scan option on your Commorb and Solus will appear immediately. After speaking some words Solus will teleport away and Savant will retrieve an item from the teleport.
   
   The item retrieved is completely random but it will give you a hint as to Solus' next location. Your goal is to figure out Solus' next location by using the item and then scanning that location. Doing so will result in another item, you must repeat this process a number of times until you receive a Rune Essence. When you receive a Rune Essence go straight to step 10.
   
   During your chase Solus will slow you down by doing the following: Using Teleother to Camelot on you, casting Flames of Zamorak on you or sending a Black Knight after you. Neither of these obstacles is designed to kill you but it would be wise to have a full health bar during the chase just in case.

10. Once you have received the Rune Essence as your item head to the Rune Essence Mine. Here you will see Solus. There is a cutscene and after the cutscene you are ordered to kill Solus. Solus is very weak and easy to kill; once you have killed him take his Hat back to Sir Amik Varze.
